Hello,
I signed up for a new subscription plan and went through the steps to get a number. It prompted at the end with “activation failed”. I then tried logging in again through the app and it said “your account is associated with a number and subscription, we need you to verify this number”. The problem is, the verification is being sent to this new number which is NOT ACTIVE??? I don’t know what to do. Please SOS help.
