switching to promotion plan

I want to switch to the 50$ 6gb promotion plan but when i press the get offer button it takes me to a forum to create a new account. It does not allow me to make an account with the same username.

@nullset If you are an existing user, you can make changes to your plan from your self-serve account. 

If you are looking to activate for the first time, You need to activate the sim here: https://activate.publicmobile.ca/

On the Plan selection step, you will be able to build the $50/6GB plan.
