I'm wondering how swapping my SIM to another phone works? I have a physical SIM.
I broke my iPhone and temporarily want to swap my SIM to my kid's iPhone, so I can use data on it and especially maps. I can't even get to a phone repair shop without the maps gps :/. Her phone doesn't have a SIM, it's just used on wifi. But it is set up with her apple ID and all her own games and stuff.
Can I just take my SIM out and put it in her phone? Is there anything extra I need to do?

@Kittycat4 yes you can.
SIM cards are pretty robust, but be careful each time you remove and reinsert.
I'm sure you will probably be sharing the phone back and forth for a bit so she can play her games.

yes, you can. Just take your sim out and insert into your kid phone, it is easy. That is the best part of physical sim, you can use it on any phone you like
