To pay your account you have 2 options
1. setup a credit card for autopay. This is the simplest way to guarantee you dont lose service. I recommend adding a reminder in your calendar to remember to update when it expires. Many people forget about this.

2. Buy vouchers and call *611

Login to selfserve, if you really paid, it should say you have a 'Available funds' of $25. Or check Payments > Transaction History. When my account got suspended, it just took 1 day after I paid to work again. So contact the moderators for more help.

@melinda11 If your phone still works then ignore this message everything will be back to normal after the renewal process has completed processing.

@melinda11When is your renewal date? What is your plan? If your plan is $25 and today is your renewal date AND you still have service, you can safely ignore the message. The system is just taking its time taking your money and paying for the new plan.

Do you still have service ?
Try the lost phone trick. To report your phone stolen. Login to your account. Choose Plans and Add-ons tab. Then choose Lost/Stolen Phone tab. The choose Suspend Service tab. Logout. Wait few minutes. Login in and report your phone found. Reboot your phone. Also try to Ifadd a $1 top up payment. If you still have problems then contact a moderator.
