I just want to ask how to fix my issue? My account got suspended last May 31st but I resubscribed yesterday June 2nd, the payment went through and reflected in my bank account but I still dont have a mobile data. My family can call and text me but no data.
When I login, it is asking me to subscribe and make a payment again.
I hope somebody can help me.

dial 611 to hear current plan status.
Try doing a network reset to see if that fixes things for you.
