service was suspended due to lost cc .Account was updated today with new cc info, how long before service is reinstated?

Reboot your phone by powering off then back on after you make a manual payment on your computer or PM app.

After the credit card is updated, you have to login to My Account and manually make a payment to resume service. Login My Account, click Pay now and Resume services and follow the prompts to make the payment
