then you have no choice buy to wait for support's reply and ask them to change to the correct email
Also, since you porting request was cancelled, not sure if porting team randomly assign you a new number. Try to reboot the phone and see if it works.
if not, you would need support to refresh your account as well

I guess its also the wrong email on file it was set up by someone else 8 years ago I have never changed it yet

@EliB - Ways to contact CSA below:
1-Normally Faster - use this link to: Get Help With Public Mobile Chatbot], also found in various places in Public webpages, OR
2-go to your envelope at the top right of your Community Account which is where your Inbox and Sent messages are. Select the orange/peach color box with the pencil inside it to start a new message. Type CS_Agent in the SEND TO box. This will create a private message to Public Mobile Customer Support (link is provided in #3 below as well).
3 -Use this link (same as #2 AND as others have provided) Private Message to Public Mobile Customer Support Agents (CSA)
If you just performed the landline port request to your current public mobile account yesterday, hopefully you can stop this request. You can also call your landline provider and have them reject the port. Landlines can take up to 7 days to complete, so you should have time here.

If so, there is a porting team you can call, I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them
But if you problem is just you cannot login to My Account, then you don't have to worry, you can have the code send to email instead. Click Resend code and select Send email

Ya I got a private message going now
This is my problem I transferred my land line number yesterday but I what to undo it because I need my cell number back I didn't know this will happen . I can't sign into My Account Because it still sends sms messages to my cell number and the email address is out of date

It’s done online but the moderators are usually quite good at getting back to you right away..
I’ve been with public for a month way better experience than other carriers

With Public mobile, there is no phone number or live customer chat support. Only ticketing or private message system to customer service agent. Usually takes a few hours to respond to requests.
Do you have a specific question or concern that you are willing to share on the community? Many questions that customers have on this forum can be solved with our help. We are customers like yourself who have more experience with Public mobile.
