I have been using mobile public for a long time, but now I really need to use the 20G data package (for newbies), I often work on the road, need data for directions, exchange jobs online, ... so I can give I prefer to use this package (29$/month) to support coing work. Best regards

As per @hTideGnow you can reach out to a CS Agent and ask. It never hurts to try. However, you may wish to consider this plan instead. $34 a month x 3 on a 90 day plan. Will get 150GB of 5G data over 90 days then unlimited data at throttled speeds after the 150GB is used.

I just signed up for it. Great value in my opinion. Cause when you're on the road, you never know how much you'll use. It's nice to have that huge data bucket with unlimited and not have to worry about running out.

Which plan are you on presently? If you are on the $15 or $25 plans, you may ask customer service agent for change to this promo plan. No guarantees. YMMV. If you are downgrading plan, less likely for the request to be granted.

the plan is for new activation only. But if you activate new, you cannot keep the same phone number
If you login to My Account, check Change Subscription page and see what plans available for you
I don't think you will see the $29 plan. But some customers tried to open ticket with support and ask for the plan change. It might not work, but why not try it. please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:
