how dare they offer of subscription plan you go to change to it and then you find out it's only for Quebec why the hell do they offer to me here in Ontario if it's only for Quebec why do they waste people's time

All currently offered plans are at least Canada wide.

@Casey13  If you're looking at the offer details, not all apply to all plans.  You have to match the numbers and symbols. So if there's a + sign next to a detail it only applies if there is a corresponding + on the plan.
