Open ticket with PM support and have them prepare you a proper invoice. It may take 3 weeks. So, it is better to request every couple months instead of monthly. Every 3 months or even 6 months would be ideal.

This only works if you bought Public Mobile payment vouchers from a store, but you could use those cash register receipts as they will indicate the purcahses made and sales taxes paid.
