stuck on step 6 of 6 in app activating a new iPhone SE with esim

Hi,

I have paid for a subscription (confirmed in email) but when I install app and go through process of picking number etc., it gets stuck on step 6, "subscription not activated".

Any suggestions?

Thanks Softech.

  1. I logged out.
  2. I waited 5 min (and restarted iPhone)
  3. I logged back into the app
  4. Entered the 2 step code
  5. I saw no prompt 'confirm for full access'... it just went to the step 6 of 6 screen again with the 'subscription not activated'.  In step 4 it did ask if the device was trusted and I said yes / checked box.

Thanks for the advice, I will send a message to the CS agent.

try this,   

  1. Click Logout on top left of the screen
  2. Wait 5 mins for the system to configure on the back end. 
  3. Then log in again using the Email  and Password. 
  4. The app will then  sends a code to the Email again,.  Enter the code
  5. and you will see the prompt  'Confirm for Full Access' and your Activation will be completed after

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there
