I get it!

It could be intimidating for members with minimal computer and cell phone (all the settings on their smartphone) knowledge. PM is all self-serve online service.

I have 2 friends that is the same way. They have no clue about most of the common settings on their phone and don’t want to learn or embrace the technology.

They just want to make calls and texting and that is it. They have a smartphone but want to use it like a flip phone.

I helped them setup activate and setup their account years ago…so far no problem. If they have issues, they always call me for help.

I would suggest you go with the other 2 big 3 3rd tier carriers for lower cost plans with live customer service.

Why are you scared of PM? We here as a community are all customers like you. We like Public Mobile so much we come here to help others who need it. So, with that being said, if you are having issues or concerns, why don't you share them with us so we can help you figure things out. As much as porting out to another company can be someone easy, saving money, now that's a different story.

As @hairbag1 stated, this is primarily a self serve service. You can easily stop the service by clicking on that toggle. It means you'll only have service until the billing date arrives. After that the service will be shut down for non payment.

please log in to your account and you can disable Subscribed yourself...

Alternative is to use this link to message Customer Support to scrub all credit card info from your account...
