My subscription cycle is of 16feb and I have one public mobile subscription but my account got deducted 2nd time on 19feb which is not authorised by me. This also had happened last month and there wasnt an appropriate response from public mobile so i might have to port from the service the next month.

no there are two deductions from public mobile ine on 16th and the other on 19th

Double check your CC statement to see if the charges are Pending or Posted. The pending charge will disappear when the charge has gone through.

you sure it is not a pending charge on the credit card?  Sometimes credit card will show the pending charge for couple days

Login My Account and check the payment history, do you see only one payment on 16th or 19th? or both?

If the payment still a mystery, have CS agent to check.  please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:
