How to send an email ?
Click on this link : https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/contact-us
Then, at the bottom right of the page, click on "Email away" button.
- Choose "SIM & Activation"
- Choose "Webstore"
- Choose "I have not received my SIM card"
- Choose "Has it been more than 7 days since you ordered it?"
Then click on "Email Us" and fill up the form.

You can try to send an email to Public Mobile and verify with them if your FREE sim card was shipped or not.

Maybe the sim cards are delayed in mail, what if one shows up? Are they still eligible for $10 discount?

As mentioned before public mobile had run out of sim cards they extended the beta $10 activation credit until June 29th so far there is no other information issued but as soon as we learn something we will surely post the information for everyone to read.

Hi @mktm64 - The deadline to be eligible for BETA discount is pushed to June 29. You should be receiving SIM card sometime this week.

Actually, the truth is that Public Mobile ran out. But the good news is PM found more so you should receive your SIM card by early next week.
