Hi, I ordered a new sim to my home address on April 13th. I know there are some delays due to covid but how long does it usually take?

Got my sim from CCS for $3 plus it came in 3 days. There are some other options out there as well.

Having ordered SIM cards twice (directly from PM) in the past 8 months or so, my personal experience and being located in the GTA I had my order within a couple of business days. One time it came via Canada Post express post and the other via UPS.
Two weeks is way too long. Either the shipment was lost or maybe they ran out of cards and waiting for re-stock? Definitely open up a ticket here as others suggested.

@natashanw Well in shouldn't take three weeks, but for some reason PM's SIM deliveries seem to take much longer than posted (3-7 business days, I believe). Usually you can get a SIM for under $5 from Canadian Cell Supplies and delivery is within a week or less. For now you might want to go to a retailer though if you've waited this long and keep the PM SIM (when it finally arrives), perhaps for a future referral?

@natashanw Sim card delivery is always long here 😞 Could be as many as 3 weeks.
Do you need one urgently for activation? You can check local mobile store, if you activate with them, they likely will offer you the SIM for free. Current promotion for $35 and above will give you 2GB for 6 months and it works for instore activation , too
If you need to open a ticket with PM for status update, message them directly:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there
