sim didn't work cancelled transfer, want my money back

I have spend way way too much time not trying to get the public sim to work… I cancelled the phone number transfer because i couldn't get the sim to work… but I was charged a subscription… I want a refund i do not want to use public mobile

hi @casey2008 we are customers like you here. PM usually do not provide refund but they might agree to do so if issue with activation. please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
