I was signing in and already paid for my subscription, however, when i go to transfer my number they say it's an invalid number. I don't want to switch my phone number and I also can't get my money back. I can't delete my account or talk to a real person. It also says that one reason that my number could be invalid is because i entered the wrong information, but it won't let me go back and change any of the information that might be wrong. It took my money and now has me locked into the sign up page. How can i get my number accepted, or get my money back and delete the account?

@Jett2 while most numbers can be ported into PM , some cannot due to location issue
Do you mind to share the are code and the next three digit of the phone number and we can confirm if the number can be ported into PM
