Change in subscription didn't happen

I had chosen a better plan and had chosen to get it on renewal (was supposed to happen on March 12 yesterday). Today when I check, the plan doesn't seem to have changed. Can someone help please?

Could be a cache issue. Login from an Incognito/private browser.

@lunchcanada , please use the chat link at the bottom right corner of the web page to initiate a support ticket.  A CSA will look into your concern.

@lunchcanada  Check your payment page in your account and see if it’s the correct plan . If not you can contact support to instigate what went wrong and fix 

submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen
