First start by typing : Unlock a phone
then Click "Sim card PUK"
next Click "Contact Us"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

You'll see how to get a hold of them by reading description above and use one of the links.

Either use the chat bot Simon to get a ticket started or send a private message to CS_Agent

If the PIN code is entered incorrectly 3 times, the phone is locked (except for emergency calls) and requires a PUK (Personal Unlock Key) to reactivate it.

    Once the PUK is recovered and validated, you will be asked to choose a new PIN.

    Only Public Mobile's Customer Support Agents (CSA) can give you this type of code, which the device manufacturer cannot.

    Caution! If the PUK is entered incorrectly 10 times in a row, the SIM card becomes unusable.

HI @MichaelD5991   what was the exact error message?

 

if it is a carrier lock, you will have to ask your old carrier to give you that

 

If it is a Sim card puk, you can open ticket with PM CS agent

You'll have to get the puk code to unlock your sim card from a customer service agent.
