I have an issue that I change plan for next renew where I would have 15 gb for 40$ (I have a picture). But plan doesn't work as right one (in my cabinet it showing wrong information). Also I do not see update on data usage on my account. I just started yesterday that plan.
I need a help about this.

HI @Cath_k should be an issue with cache
you can clear cache , then relaunch the browser
or just trying using Private/Incognito mode
or try on a different browser

@Cath_k hi you may be looking at a cached /old version of your account,clear your cache and cookies or use a different browser in secret or incognito mode,sign back in to see if it updates

Use computer to check your account which plan you actually have.

Login to your account using a different browser in incognito mode or private mode and you'll see the updates
