Long delays between ordering and receiving your sim card is not new, you can search it and find hundreds of threads of unhappy people who lose patience (and rightfully so). As suggested in all of those threads going an alternative route to get your sim will be much quicker and potentially cost effective. It used to be much better and had a bunch of options before PM took some of those options away, but you should still be able to find it at some places including koodo/telus, just make sure you call ahead to confirm they are in stock.

I suspect not a PM issue or a Canada Post issue.

It all depends on Canada Post. PM does its part on time but delivery does not depend on them.

If you have a larger shopping mall nearby...see if there's a CORPORATE Telus / Kodoo kiosk.

BTW...there's no traditional "monthly contracts" here at Public Mobile. When you start your account...it's duration is 30 days. You can re-up for another 30 after that OR bail and go elsewhere without penalty.

If you have a larger shopping mall nearby...see if there's a Telus / Kodoo kiosk. They might have sim for you.

Welcome to PM and $aving $$
