hi @nicholasmikki63 you just need to login My Account and disable Pre-authorized payments
to get back to My Account , open ticket with CS agent
to open ticket with CS Agent:

start by typing : Forgot Login Information

Out an abundance of caution, even if you have ported out, you can connect with a CSA and ask them to manually remove any payment cards that may have been on your account as every once in awhile the card is still charged due to a glitch, it shouldn't happen and probably won't but this way you cover all of your bases.

@nicholasmikki63 , what kind of challenges are you having with login? If you forgot the password, try the password reset. If you are getting strange errors, try using incognito mode on your browser.

If you've already ported out of PM, then your account is closed and thats why you can't access it.
Account is closed if you've ported.
