i haven't received my sim card yet ordered february 16th, is this normal?

The last step requires that you download the PM app on your phone and to finish activation.  Did you download app?  If you did, what error message was shown?

I am in the same situation. Did you receive it at all ? What did you do? The customer service with this cellular service is the worst I have encountered. I regret paying for the new subscription and SIM card.

It can take up to 3-4 weeks in the snail mail aka Canada Post.

To get a new SIM card the fastest routes are these.

https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/pick-up-SIM - Find a local store in your area.

Amazon - Here you can get it cheaper and maybe a few days wait $4.99

Don’t worry about paying extra fees. You can reach out to a CS Agent and show them proof of purchase and they will gladly credit your account the amount paid, minus taxes.
