Amazon has them on sale for $4.99 right now directly from Public Mobile and fulfilled by Amazon 1-2 Day Prime delivery.
I'd recommend to order one here since your guaranteed to get it within a few days, than ask CSA to refund/give you account credit for the one you didn't receive directly from Public or simply keep it as a backup when it arrives. 😉

Normally SIM will take 10 working days to arrive. Since yesterday was a stat holiday it may take an extra day but it could take up to 3 weeks to arrive.

Sim card delivery from PM online could be as many as 3 weeks
However, if it has been over 10 business days, you can open ticket with PM support to confirm if they got the order and if the sim card is on the way. They might offer to resend you another one or ask you to buy one form local Telus/Koodo/MobileKlink store and reimburse you the extra cost

SIM. Card can take up to 3 weeks to arrive .if you need one sooner try calling local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up .otherwise reach out to support for a status up date for when it shipped and when you can expect it . message support directly
