Wondering why it says when subscribing it says free e-sim/sim card yet I was charged $10 for one.

Physical sims are charged $10, but e-Sim is free. If you don't receive the SIM in the mail within 10 business days, submit a ticket, and an agent will advise you on what to do.

hi @cathymary

esim is free

for sim card, it is free if you choose to have PM deliver the sim card to you instead of picking up from locally.    but if you really want to pickup, you can see if they can reimburse you the $10.  Submit a ticket and ask
