registered new sim card into unlocked phone.
worked fine several for several hours.
Sim card is no longer recognized.
I tested another PM sim card in the phone and it works fine.
Does PM offer any warranty on one day old sim cards?

I doubt the sim card just up and died. It is likely just a provisioning issue. If you like you can always try logging into your account. Suspend your service via lost/stolen. Log out/in. Resume service via lost/stolen. Log out. Reboot your phone. Check for service. If that doesn't work then ask customer support to reset your account and reprovision your sim card. Worst case scenario they will cover the cost of a replacement sim card by crediting your account. Save your reciept in case they ask you to remit it.

@AlexTheBlaze Did you login to My Account and confirm account still active?
Did you try to use the PM sim card in another phone?
Yes, PM support are usually very reasonable and will reimburse the cost of a new sim card in such a situation. But open ticket with them first and let them confirm if it is an account issue first.
