@Mari168

see if there's a Mobile Klinik in your area as they have the Public Mobile sims too.

Canada Post might go on strike again, so, I wouldn't ask PM to resend you the sim card.  Instead, I would open a ticket and ask them to let you buy from stores and reimburse you.  But don't go out and buy yet, ask them first

Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here:

CS_Agent will reply to your community inbox, check here:

hi @Mari168

  Sim card delivery can be 3 days to 3 weeks here 😞

But best to ask PM support agent for status update, you can  submit by direct message:

Better to ask if you can pickup another one from a nearby Telus or Koodo store instead of wait longer to have them resend a new one

Hello @Mari168

I can take up to 3 weeks by Canada Post to get it. If you haven't received it by next week, please create at ticket.

The Public Mobile chatbot is currently unable to create trackable tickets for members who are unable to log in. So for this reason, please use the following link to contact them.

A Customer Service Agent will reply to your community inbox here:

During business hours (9 AM-10 PM EST) you can expect a response within 30 minutes, but it may be longer depending on current volumes.

To get a new SIM card the fastest routes are these.

https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/pick-up-SIM - Find a local store in your area.

Amazon - Here you can get it cheaper and maybe a few days wait $4.99

Don’t worry about paying extra fees. You can reach out to a CS Agent and show them proof of purchase and they will gladly credit your account the amount paid, minus taxes.
