hi.  

I sign up for a phone plan with you, paid for the first month.  I have not received the sim card which was supposed to be sent to my address on file.  It has been over one week, and i still have not received any... very frustrated....I would like you to cancel service/plan i had signed up for, and return my money back to the bank account on file.  thanks 

how long does this process take before i can see the refund in my bank account?

to ask agent to track the sim card and continue with the activation, or to cancel it, you need to ask PM support agent for that,  you can submit  ticket by direct message:
