I need a PUK code, enter it in your phone to reset your SIM card’s PIN number. I entered it to many times wrong on my phone.

To get your Public Mobile PUK code, you must contact customer support, as it is not printed on the SIM card or its packaging. You can do this by starting a conversation with the virtual assistant SIMon or by submitting a ticket to the Moderator Team through the Public Mobile website's contact page. When you contact them, you will need to provide account and security information to verify your identity.
