sim 1 not provisioned

i ported out from my telus plan to publicmobile, but nothing has worked as of yet.

it gives me sim1 not provisioned, can't make calls, or have any data.

I got the you're all set email at 8:30pm

HI @spizy  is that physical sim or eSIM?

if physical sim, try it on another phone

But if that is eSIM, check your phone and make sure eSIM is installed and active

if same, submit ticket with CS agent for further help here
