Hi Please help.
I was due to topup yesterday and missed it. went onto website and added credit to the account and also set up autopay. Now I have $40 in my account and autopay says its going to come out in September but I cant top up the sim to work now. Can anyone help please??? Thanks so much. M

Unfortunately if you miss your payment day, your account is suspended. So, moderator has to re-activate your account and apply payment. Please follow above instructions.
Due to overwhelming demand, moderators have been busier than nomral. It will likely take 1-2 days to respond. Hopefully, earlier if they caught up with the backlog of issues.

Hi @rachelk, you will need to send a private message to the moderator team and ask them to apply the payment and re-establish service. Include your account or phone number as well as account PIN in the message to speed up communications.
