I can't register on the self serve.I am not getting verification code through text.

Strange! I wonder if this is a problem only for you or is a system wide issue. We won't know till we see more reports on this. Anyways, to get your account created, you will have to contact mods as mentioned above.

Did you activate in-store or online?
If online, your self-serve account was already created.
Did you port your old number to PM during activation?
If yes, check your old SIM. The text message may be sent to the old provider because your port is not completed yet.
It will take a few hours if you are porting from a mobile number. For landline or VoIP service, it will take up to 1 week.

yes I can receive and send text as well as calls.But when I'm trying to set up my self serve account I'm not getting the verification code .
