Hi @0501 how did you activate your sim card? If you activated in-store, your 4 digit code was sent to you by text. If you activated online, then you chose the 4 digit code. Think, what it could be? Since you just created your community account, you must have activated recently.
May we ask why you need your 4 digit code so soon?

This account PIN is sent to you by Public Mobile in a text message shortly after activation. If you're still using the same device, it might still be there if it was never deleted.
