I'm confused.  I had an issue last week with payment denied from my credit card.  took 2 days to sort that out, but it seemed resolved.  Now, I'm trying to add international minutes, preferably using my reward points, but i get this notice in red: 
Your services are on hold
Subscription Expiration Date: Dec 08, 2024
 
even tho i'm up to date with my plan and payment.  help ?

hi @RubyR is your account active or suspended? of your service didn't renewed because of your credit card problem, you will have to manually top up and resume the service.  Please use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account to confirm again.  If it shows account suspended, use this link to make a payment to load enough funds to resume
