can not receive or send  pictures by text since I joined PM on Friday march 15 had no issue with other service provider koodo my android phone is 2021 WHY ?

do you have a OnePlus phone?

Try  Reset All networks or Reset network settings to get the latest APN

Also, you can make a manual update, here are the old and new settings

Old settings:

APN: sp.mb.com
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMSC proxy: 74.49.0.18
MMS port: 80
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
APN Type: default,supl,mms
                             or        default,mms,agps,supl,fota,hipri

 

New Settings:

APN: sp.mb.com
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMSC proxy: mmscproxy.mobility.ca
MMS port: 8799
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
APN Type: default,supl,mms
                             or             default,mms,agps,supl,fota,hipri

@Fern_42  Can you try the SIM card in another phone to test , assuming it’s a physical SIM card and not eSIM . Can also try to rest network settings see if that helps also

What phone do you hve?  Some of the older model phones need to click "reset all networks " to have MMS working again
