No service on cell phone, told that service has been temporarily suspended despite having monthly withdrawals on my credit card with autopay.
Tried to access self serve to check account and payment history but email verification login failed.
Tried to verify phone number, again to access my account and was told that the number was invalid.

You had working service yesterday? Do you know your 4 digit account pin #? If so you can make a top up credit card payment to reactivate your services and renew your plan via 611. Or you can add a pm voucher payment without the account pin # using a voucher purchased at 7/11, Shell, SDM or London Drugs.
Otherwise wait an hour. Clear your browser. Use secret/incognito mode and chrome, Firefox or safari and try to log in again or use the forgot password feature. If that fails you can reach out to customer service to reset your password.
