service not working

I paid for the US roaming add-on and bill that is due December 28th but I am not getting any service. I am currently in Florida

yes I am connected to AT&T.how do i connect to 4G/Lte network

@Beacroft  Try and reboot the phone also ensure you have data roaming turned on and try phone set to 4G/LTE not 5G and make sure your connected to T mobile AT&T or Verizon

@Beacroft , are you able to connect to any of the US carriers, AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon?  Try rebooting your phone.  For data functionality you might need to connect to the 4G/LTE network, although I found 5G to work as well.  Do not use 3G as that network as been shut down years ago.  Be sure to enable roaming data.
