I will private message you the Telus team porting number.  Number only used for porting issues. They can help with port, but my concern is that there might also be an account provision issue since you are not able to use data.  Are you able to call out?  Text out?

No not Receiving texts, My phone IME# on my New phone which I Gave to PM when I signed up was invalid, after Talking to Speak out They gave me my old IME# which I need to forward that to PM,, Talked to a representative about an hour ago said they would text contact info so I can validate this new # but now im in a pickle because not receiving the texts. and no Data

More details would be helpful

Did you already attempt to port and it failed?  Do you have any service with PM right now?  If failed port, you should be able to text and call out.  Just unable to receive texts and calls.  Data should be working.
