self-serve account locked out

Hi,

My self-serve account got locked out, how can i reset my password?

If you forgot your answer, you will need to contact moderator to reset your password.

Click on quesiton mark on the right lower corner of website to start ticketing process to get moderator help.  Type in contact moderator and then follow instructions to get moderator help.

If all attempts fail, you'll have to contact a moderator for assistance. Click the ? in lower right side of screen. Type in "forgot password"/...then "Self Serve Locked" and follow direction until you can contact a moderator.

I actually forgot what i put as answer to the secret question

Press the "Forgot Your Password" button which is under where you log into My Account, then watch your email.

@PublicMobilUser did you try clicking on reset password?  Sometimes it takes a few hours to get the email and it may go in your spam/junk folder
