This is the right charge if you have autopay activated.
($135 - $6 autopay) + 13% tax.
@ute1978 Bingo.
Your plan is $135 before any rewards or taxes. In the past if you've been billed exactly $145.77, that is $129 + 13% sales tax. $135 - $129 means you were getting $6 in rewards, which I would put good money on being the AutoPay discount ($2 every 30 days or $6 every 90 days). Your current billing was $152.55 which is $135 + 13% sales tax.
This means one of a couple of possible things happened:
1) you removed Auto Pay explicitly -- thus no longer getitng the reward, or
2) the system messed up and failed to give you the reward
The latter can happen on occasion. If this is your case, please contact the moderator team for assistance. Here's how, should you need to:

As others have mentioned the prices quoted in self serve are pre-tax. When your credit card is charged it will charge for your quoted plan rate plus applicable taxes.

@supertiptooth, What happened when you tried to send PM to moderator team? Did you get an error?

@supertiptooth, Do you have an Ontario phone number? If, for some reason you have a Quebec phone number, you would be charged Quebec taxes.

@supertiptooth, Could that be your plan fee of $135 plus the tax? I'm guessing you might be in Quebec. That would be exactly $155.22

The plan costs are excluding tax. Taxes are always added at the time of payment.
