is there any roaming or other charge if I travel within US and HK without buying any Add-Ons?
and can I receive text and call even though I don't by any roaming add-ons?

@xujun1818 PM only has roaming service in US and no where else.
To use the roaming , you need to buy proper roaming add-on ahead

Public Mobile is prepaid, so there's no chance of overage.
If you don't buy a roaming add-on for the US you can still received texts, but that's it.
No service at all outside of Canada and the US. I.e. no roaming services available in HK.
