Hi I don't why i received a text message from 611 on my phone.  i did not do anything on my account.

Yeah that would suck for sure. As handy1 says, I stay away from the REwards section and the Subscription page all together.  Too easy to make a mistake. 

That’s quite a coincidence @Chalupa_Batman  🤣

I tend to ignore any messaging I get from them, generally.

I just sent a message to a CS Agent. I will report back when a response comes.

@andy2075 Sure hope you didn’t  accidentally agree to switch to the new points , that’s why I just stay out of there altogether

I noticed the text later in the day because I don't use my phone too often. Only once a while because it is a back up phone.

The OP looks to have took that screenshot at 1:03 PM but the time of the message was 3:26 PM the prior day.

I agree with @hTideGnow 

Contact a CS Agent to make sure this is just an error and please report back to us so we know you weren't screwed over. I will say this though, all messages from Public Mobile come out at 1:03pm daily.
