how do I message customer support when the eticket option is not working. My rewards have not been applied to my account and need to contact someone for assistance.

If you just activated or made an immediate plan change, you rewards will not apply until the next renewal.

are you on Public Points or Legacy rewards?

Points usually added to your account couple days after renewal.  Legacy rewards usually add to your accoun ton the day before renewal.  If you renew early, rewards will be added couple days after

If you want to engage support and confirm, please open ticket by direct message here:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
