how to switch back to old public rewards?

@thirtyfifty8- Yes they did come out last year. And a great many threads have talked about it since and every one of them gets a resounding no from folks here.

No one here can guess what the future holds, including you.

And you're also not alone in being sucked in to switching. I would even grant that the initial messaging from the company was somewhat misleading in causing some people to think it was a done deal and that they had to switch. Unfortunately, they learned quickly that there's no going back. And we all heard about it. But it was also quickly realized that the new system was not as good as the old.

@thirtyfifty8 I would not say PM tricked you.  Remember, they give you a choice to migrate and they gave you bigj warning sign before you commit.  They are generous enough not to force you to move on to the new Public Points.  Some system like Starbucks , they force you to the new system without giving you the choice.

And in fact, if you are on higher price plan and just start with PM, the reward is not bad for the first 2 years.  So, it is better in some situations

And before you move on, remember PM is the only provider fii givng you reward system like this.  The new system might not be as good as the old one, but you still saving money and you cannot get the same saving with other providers

The New Rewards Came out like last year, so .... 2.5 years ago the new rewards did not Exist.... so what would I have asked... What's going to happen to Rewards in the Future? There would have been nothing to ask because nobody knew yet. Yes that was my First post though the reason for that is that i am not Customer Support i am not being payed to Contribute to the community that's why it's my First.

So you sign up here 2 1/2 years ago and make this your first post. You should have asked before switching. You would have received a resounding DON'T.

They do Not let you switch back to the OLD Better Rewards system, they trick you into the New system by saying it is better - then you realize they LIED and scammed you. Same happened to me and I opened a support ticket and support said sorry that you fell for our scam but we wont help you hahahaha

> Time to switch to a Different Company soon for me I think. Buncha Liars and Scammers, with The New Rewards system you get about 50% less, I was getting around $70/Year in Rewards on the Old system and get around $35/Year with the new system so for anyone who can do simple math it's NOT better if your Saving 50% LESS- Paying More* Is Not Better. I Convinced a lot of people to Join This Company Now I Will Devote all my extra time to Convincing people to Stay Away!

There is no switching back.

A lot of people opted into the new Rewards system, took the bait (a few dollars dangled on screen), fell into the trap (had to pay more in the long term). They eventually realized and regretted their decision - and they quickly learned that the Public Mobile CSAs can't or won't change individual accounts back to old Rewards. It was a recurring and passionate topic back when the new Rewards were introduced.

You can open a support ticket and request the CSAs make this change. But I've seen a lot of threads from people reporting a 100% failure rate on this specific item.
