As a front line worker, thank you for serving the community, the stress, the sacrifice, you have made in behalf of all, you are working, so we can stay home safe. When it comes to rewards, lets keep in mind while, you are working, many families, have lost their jobs, lost their business. Many families are struggling, financially. Let’s keep them in mind as well.

Thanks for continuing to work and helping those in trouble during these trying times.
@jsebwitabure currently there are no promotions geared specifically towards frontline workers. PM has chosen on a case by case basis to help those that have lost their jobs to keep in touched with their loved ones.
You can try contacting them and see what they can do for you. Click on the green questionmark in the white circle at the bottom right of your screen. This connects to the autobot Simon. Type moderator and follow the prompts to get to one (CLICK on "Account specific question" and "No I want a human" and "Submit a ticket Click me!")
Once connected, you will be asked to log in again with your community user name and password. Please do, this allows you to continue and send your message.
Check your private message sent box (click on the envelope top right of your screen) to make sure the message was sent. Also keep an eye on the envelope, the mods answer will show up there. Once it does, you will be asked to verify your self service account, with your password and login. Doing so allows the process to continue.
If you need to, you can also enable email notification to receive a private message notification sent to your email. Go to your community account > my settings > PREFERENCES > Private Messenger > enable "Receive email notifications for new private messages" > Save
👍Thanks again. Keep up the good work. Stay safe.

Since you're in Ontairo, the following might be a good read: https://www.telus.com/en/about/news-and-events/media-releases/telus-expands-mobility-for-good-progra...
As others have mentioned, your phone number should be removed.

@jsebwitabure thanks for your service, but please remove the phonenumber

You should remove your personal info by clicking on the 3 dots. Currently there is a $35 plan with 2GB of data.

@jsebwitabure Thanks for being a frontline worker. What do you mean by Public Mobile giving you a reward? Public Mobile is a phone company and they wouldn't be the ones doing things like this. The government would.

@jsebwitabure Thanks for continuing to do the dangerous but important work of being one of the many front line workers during this pandemic, but you need to first use the 3 dots top right of your post and edit out your tel. number as you are on a public forum.
PM has temporarily reduced the price of 1GB add-on data to $15 and maybe they will offer something else for the first responders during this time, although you may need to send a message to them and enquire if there is anything else they can do.
You can submit a ticket to mods here: https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/

@jsebwitabure Thank you so much for your contribution to the community. Please check the link to see what PM offers during these times: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Announcements/Customer-support-during-COVID-19-situat...
