I bought a phone and signed up for an account. The phone didn't work so I returned it for an exchange. It was received by Public Mobile on Oct. 31, but I have not been able to find out if my replacement has been shipped yet or what the delay is. Please advise.

Contact agent to confirm if PM sent you replacement at all and when. Try to get tracking number if possible.
How did you receive first phone? By mail? Found it in your mailbox? If you received first phone no reason Not to receive replacement but it might take 2-3 weeks.

HI @Wayne315 I think you need to open ticket with PM CS agent.
For CPO ticket, message them instead of using Chatbot as chatbot always have problem with CPO ticket

Public Mobike often doesn't give notice of shipment. Also, shipping carriers often just leave the packages unattended on yiur property. Please check around if the package has been left for you or keep an eye out for it in case it might have already been shipped.
