I changed from the 1 gig a month for $25 to the 15gigs per month for $40 for my renewal date November 6, 2022. The new plan amount was taken from my account, but the plans details have not changed. What is happening? Thank you

If you are charged then new plan is in place. To double check:
Try using different browser. Try Incognito mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Click on little spinner refresh icons lower down.
