If you choose the private messaging option be sure to include the following information in your message to help verify you are the account holder and save time by not having extra back and forth messages and you may get the reset password sent to your private message box by the overnight moderator rather than waiting for response in the morning.....

  1. Full name, address, email and phone number on the account.
  2. Pin # and/or d.o.b., last payment, type, amount, date, last 4 digits of card, plan amount
  3. Alternate phone # on account if any, security question and answer .

If you give them card details and billing address they can also update your autopay card as well. Keep an eye on the envelope icon next to your avatar at the top right corner of your screen for a little number to pop up indicating a message from the moderators. Responding promptly to messages will speed up service times.

@kyden000389 If Forgot password didn't work, you need to contact moderators.  Here’s when and how to contact the Moderator Team:

  • Get help with your account the easy way by starting a conversation with our virtual assistant, SIMon. It’ll take you to relevant help articles, or if it’s something more urgent, it can help you submit a ticket to the Moderator Team. Click here to get started.
  • Alternatively, you can send a private message to the Moderators by clicking here. You’ll need to be logged in to your Community account for the link to work.

@kyden000389 If you try the forgot password link here https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/

you'll need to know the answer to your security question (from when you setup the account).

If it works, you'll receive an email to reset your password. Remember to check your spam folder as well.

If the password reset isn't working for you, only moderator_team can help.

If you want to reactivate your service while waiting for their reply, you can buy a voucher and call 611 to redeem it https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help/articles/voucher-payment-options
