I would like to listen to my messages from another phone, or public street phone booth, or on computer.

to access your voicemail message from another phone, you can also call one of the voicemail access number here

but there is no Visual Voicemail so you cannot access it on the computer

To pick up your voicemail from another phone, daily your 10 digit phone number and enter your password. 

Listen to the prompts and press the numbers indicated to listen to your messages, save and or delete them.
