I have been receiving email messages from Public Mobile, telling me that I am running out of cellular data. My current 90-day plan includes 3GB of data. Can I keep my plan the same except for increasing the data to 6 GB? I have tried unsuccessfully on the website and telephone. How can I make this change?

Good option ! At the affordable prices I went with 20 gigs. New deal even better this month 60 gig at 5g for 35 dollars what a steal. Enjoy more data.

@lorrainebaylis PM would start the new plan right away without any credit
There are two options for changing plan, "change now" and "change on renewal". You are offered to choose one or the other. You don't need to wait until the renewal date (in fact best not to in case the timing is wrong). Just select a plan, click on "change on renewal" and it will lock in the plan and not charge for it until it comes into effect on renewal day. If you change your mind before renewal day you can cancel the change.

you have one of the older 90 day plans...currently some superior plans available to you. Log in to your account and look at what you might change to. If you find something you like, you'll be given opportunity to Change on Renewal. That will lock in your choice until next renewal, and you won't pay until then.

No, PM didn't offer a better plan. Just a warning about the data. You're right about not changing until the end of the 90 day period as service already paid for would be lost. If I buy add-on data, it's only good for 30 days, $30 for 3 GB. Also not a good deal.

Did you get a text message offering you a better deal? Or was it a text message saying you're out of data? You may wish to open the app on your phone, go to subscription and click on change subscription and see what offers you've received. You are permitted to pick anything on that list. Just know, do not change it for now. Change it for the renewal date so you don't lose money you've already paid for.

90 days for only 3GB ? that is not a good plan
go to My Account, click Change Subscription and check what better option you have. You can find cheaper plan with a lot more data for sure. click Change Now if you don't mind to start the new plan now with new data starts today
